Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Foley sets strategic direction and vision for iMedX as well as fostering a culture of service excellence at the company.
Mr. Foley possesses more than 25 years of senior executive experience in the healthcare and technology services sectors. He was previously the president of CBay Systems, a global healthcare technology services group of companies. At CBay, he led a global expansion in over 12 countries, guided the company through a highly successful public offering and led CBay’s acquisition of industry leaders MedQuist and Spheris. He laid the ground work for the eventual acquisition of MModal, which led to the creation of the largest global healthcare BPO company. Prior to CBay Systems, Mr. Foley was vice president of MedQuist Inc., a publicly-held, multi-national medical services provider, where he was responsible for operations, strategic partnerships, and worldwide market development as the company completed over 50 acquisitions and a successful sale to Royal Philips Corporation. Prior to Medquist, Mr. Foley served in entrepreneurial and leadership roles in both the telecommunication and health information industries.
Jon E. Tropsa
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Tropsa leads all corporate finance, treasury and accounting functions for iMedX. Mr. Tropsa is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions. Mr. Tropsa is accomplished at collaborating with CEOs and executive leaders to improve financial performance, develop and analyze operational metrics, complete and integrate acquisitions, implement enterprise systems, and optimize capital structure.
Mr. Tropsa most recently was the CFO of DermOne, LLC, a dermatology practice management company. Prior to this Mr. Tropsa was CFO of Sanare, LLC, which provides care management solutions and supplies for people living with diabetes. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Alere Healthcare, a $500 million wellness, disease management and acute case management company. Mr. Tropsa was also the CFO and co-founder of Aptuit, Inc., a $300 million emerging company that streamlined the drug development process for biotechnology and pharmaceutical innovators. Prior to these roles, Mr. Tropsa held financial leadership positions in the health information management, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Tropsa received a degree in Accounting from Babson College, and trained in auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Banghart is responsible for driving organic growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and expansion of services to our existing clients. Mr. Banghart is responsible for iMedX’s marketing vision and strategies aimed at broadening our brand recognition and services adoption.
Mr. Banghart has extensive experience in Senior Sales Leadership, Marketing, Services, and Technical Operations in the Healthcare Information Technology Industry. He is accomplished at managing and leading teams and new business development. He has an outstanding history of strong customer relationship management and account support.
Prior to joining iMedX, Mr. Banghart was Vice President of North American Sales for Agfa Healthcare, a Global Imaging and Healthcare Informatics company. Mr. Banghart previously held a number of leadership and managerial positions with Sterling Diagnostic Imaging and DuPont prior to joining Agfa Healthcare in 1999. Mr. Banghart holds degrees from Michigan State University and Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
GILLES-ANDRÉ (G.-A.) MORIN
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Morin leads all technology initiatives and functions for iMedX. Through his 20-year career in Canada, Europe and the U.S., Mr. Morin has significant experience and accomplishments in the telecommunications, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, with achievements in both start-ups and established companies. Mr. Morin is adept at developing solutions to address complex business problems with a proven record of identifying ways to improve business results. Prior to iMedX, Mr. Morin spent 6 years at Dictaphone Corporation, where he launched the ichart unit and managed it to a $30mm recurring revenue business. He has also served as CTO at clinical documentation companies in Canada and the U.S., specifically in the Federal market. Mr. Morin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications from University of Montréal and an MBA in Strategic Management from McGill University.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Socoloff has more than 25 years of leadership expertise in Healthcare & Technology organizations managing back-office operations, managed care, regulatory compliance and technological initiatives. As a seasoned professional who leverages multiple disciplines, he effectively designs and implements transformational initiatives through performance analytics, resource utilization and outcome accountability. He is extremely adept at building key stakeholder consensus in culturally diverse enterprises through cross-functional engagement, process re-engineering, resources and technology integration. Mr. Socoloff dedicates his career to timely execution of cost effective, efficient and scalable solutions to improve organizational alignment, efficiency and institutional value through transparency and integrity.
Mr. Socoloff is a multi-generational Atlanta native who is active in charities focused on the health and well-being of underserved families. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Healthcare Administration after previously attending Georgia State University and University of Florida specialization in Decision Sciences and Accounting respectively. He is a Certified Professional of Healthcare Information Management Systems and actively involved in MGMA, HFMA, and HIMSS.
Director – iMedX India | Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Excellence
Mr. Singh is an accomplished executive with 15 years of experience in business operations, business intelligence, acquisition and integration, strategy formation, and implementation of balanced scorecard and Six Sigma. He is an innovative thinker with a proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers. Mr. Singh leads the company's Indian operations, strategy development & deployment of strategic programs, management reporting and business excellence functions. He was most recently Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Corporate MIS for GeBBs, which provides Revenue Cycle Management services to healthcare providers. Mr. Singh also served as General Manager for MModal where he led strategic programs and business intelligence functions. Prior experience includes leadership positions at several insurance companies. Mr. Singh holds a post-graduate degree in Commerce and an M.B.A. in Finance. He holds certifications as a Six SigmaMaster Black Belt and Project Management Professional.
Managing Director Australia
As the Managing Director for Australia, Scott provides strategic leadership for the Australian operations and is responsible for delivering profitable growth through partnering with existing clients to broaden our service offering through to new client acquisition.
Scott has extensive experience in financial management and business development to assist organizations through periods of change. He brings a strong focus on aligning culture with strategy to achieve strong and enduring revenue and profit growth.
Prior to joining iMedX, Scott was Managing Director Australian and New Zealand for The Warranty Group – a private equity-backed, US-Headquartered, global provider of warranty and insurance solutions. He has held a number of senior Leadership and Finance Roles in service organizations working in Australia, New Zealand, and England.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Charter Accountant.
President of Coding Operations
As President of Coding Operations at iMedX, Betty Schulte holds over 17 years of experience in the health information industry. After completing her Registered Health Information Technologist certification in 1999 through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), Schulte began her professional HIM career in 2000 as a coder at Medina Regional Hospital in Hondo, Texas. Four years later, she went on to complete her Certified Coding Specialist and CCS-Physician certifications through AHIMA.
After joining Amphion Medical Solutions in 2005 as a coding specialist, Schulte began her journey into management by becoming the first Team Lead of the company’s coding division in 2009. In the years to follow, she expanded her management portfolio by serving in various roles, including Coding Manager, Senior Coding Manager, and Vice President of Coding Operations, before advancing into her current position as President of Coding Operations at iMedX.
Over the years, Ms. Schulte has played an instrumental role in providing the guidance and direction needed to keep iMedX’s coding operations running as a full service, technology-based division. To date, Schulte remains an active member of AHIMA, TxHIMA (Texas Health Information Management Association) and AAHIMA (Alamo Area Health Information Management Association), where she is currently serving as chapter President for 2017. Additionally, she often serves as a presenter at various state conventions within the HIM community and regularly volunteers on several WHIMA committees.
