JOB NOTICE

Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager for our Electronic Health Record product – TurboRecord® – a Software-as-a-Service subscription-based offering for small medical practices.  Candidates should have a strong HIT background in marketing, sales, or product management, ideally in the EHR market.

Skills Required:

 Define the product strategy and roadmap for one or more related products

  • Create ROI projections and business plans
  • Understand the market, competitors, and state-of-the-art
  • Detail marketing and product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with the development organization to clarify requirements and assess deliverables
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Create product collateral and marketing campaigns
  • Perform product demos to customers
  • Support the sales effort

Jr. System Administrator (Shelton, CT)

We are looking for a part-time, assistant System Administrator to help support our state-of-the-art data center and customers.  The position provides an opportunity for growth.

Job Description:

  • Assist IT Team with Datacenter Maintenance and High Availability/Uptime activities.
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical Support at client locations.
  • Provide Application Support.
  • In-house IT support.
  • Setup servers and IT Infrastructure Systems.
  • Assist IT-Team in maintaining Production Environment.
  • Involves some lifting (Servers, Desktops, etc).
  • Some local travel involved (fully reimbursed).

Desired experience, skills and background:

  • 1-2 years Experience in IT Support.
  • Academic Background in Computer Science or related field.
  • Level I & II IT Troubleshooting skills.
  • Systems: Windows Workstations/Servers, Linux.
  • Skills: TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, Routing, Switches, Wireless/Wired LAN, Email Servers, Domain Controllers, Network Security, Backups, Networked devices.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Medical Transcriptionists

Skills Required:

  • Seasoned knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, disease processes, signs and symptoms, medications, and laboratory values.
  • In-depth or broad knowledge of a specialty (or specialties) as appropriate.
  • Knowledge of medical transcription guidelines and practices.
  • Excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Ability to operate dictation and transcription equipment, and other equipment as specified, and to troubleshoot as necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
  • Certified medical transcriptionist (CMT) status preferred or 1-2 years’ experience

Quality Assurance

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Must be a highly skilled transcriptionist or editor maintaining consistent transcription quality of 99% or higher with 2-3 years’ experience
  • Demonstrate ability to work in all specialties. 
  • In-depth knowledge of The AAMT Book of Style.
  • CMT preferred. 
  • Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, signs and symptoms, medications, and laboratory values.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and style, in order to provide consistent quality feedback.
  • Understanding of security and compliance regulations in regard to HIPAA.
  • Ability to understand diverse accents, dialects, and varying dictation styles.
  • Proficient in referencing, researching, reporting, tracking, and monitoring. 
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.

Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative acts on behalf of the company in all dealings with the client and is responsible for managing day-to-day activities to achieve the objectives of the client’s contract.  This position requires the ability to establish cooperative working relationships with the various clients and support staff.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in customer care
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in direct client contact and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, and application flow
  • Knowledge of good customer care practices and telephone skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task

Java Tech Leads

Based in Hyderabad, India, the Tech Lead will have experience in design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of applications. Will be responsible development and testing of the product. Must mentor and lead a vibrant, young development team.

Requirements:
Candidate must be an engineer from a reputed engineering college, with very good analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must have 4-8 years development experience, 5 years full lifecycle development, 2 years OO design and development including expertise in UML, 4 years Java development, 2 years experience with relational databases.
